Consulting Options
Initial Consultation
A one-off service that provides actionable advice.
Flat Fee: $300 CAD
- Identification of academic pathway goals (NCAA, Canadian U)
- Transcript evaluation
- Graduation status review
- NCAA eligibility and/or Canadian University entry evaluation
- Course Recommendations through graduation
- Year-by-year roadmap
- Personalized action plan
- Video conference to review recommendations and roadmap
- One follow up email within 30 days
Ongoing Academic Consulting
Ongoing service with scheduled progress checks.
Choose 1 of 2 options listed below for a flat fee.
All options include:
- Initial consultation plus:
- Progress reviews
- Academic pathway adjustments where applicable
- Email support and/or virtual meetings related to active consulting work
Ongoing Consulting Plans
Starter
$500
- Initial consultation + 2 follow ups.
Comprehensive
$900
- Initial consultation + 5 follow ups.

I can help you navigate these changes and support you in making sound decisions. Additionally, I can provide strategies and support in navigating the pressures of the student-athlete life.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Hermiston Academic Pathways Educational Consulting.
We value your time and ask that clients respect scheduled appointment times.
Scheduling
Consultations are booked by appointment only.
Payment required prior to the consultation.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full consultation fee.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the Consultant's discretion.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may result in the full consultation fee being charged.
Refunds
Because consultation services involve the reservation of professional time:

completed consultations are non-refundable;

written reports completed following consultation are non-refundable;

customized graduation plans are non-refundable.
Technical Issues
If technical difficulties on the Consultant's end prevent the consultation from occurring, the consultation will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Client Technical Issues
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access and appropriate technology for virtual consultations.
Reasonable accommodations will be made where possible.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests resulting from exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually.
